My work centers on presence and circling principles, integrated with somatic practices, embodied awareness, and practical goal-setting. We start from what's alive now, bringing attention to your body and patterns as they show up across all areas of your life.
This is an experiment-based approach—we create safety to explore, practice, and discover what works for you.
